Pat Davern's stylish

This tiny terrace house may look ordinary from the outside, but what's inside and out back is quite extraordionary.

The little property looks like you could barely swing a cat with it's apparent single story and narrow width.

But owner Pat Davern - a teacher - decided to radically renovate his house on the northside as he fancied a change after living there for a few years.

After discussing ideas with his architect, the two of them came up with something truly unique, the Irish Mirror reports.
